Social Well-being & Economic Empowerment

Fostering Social Well-being & Economic Empowerment.

We invest in the socio-economic fabric of Gouri and Péni — skills, safety nets, and local resilience.

1. Vocational Sewing Workshop: tailor skills for local youth — a reliable livelihood that combats youth rural exodus.

2. Annual Staple Food Relief: yearly distributions of millet, sorghum, beans, and rice to over 100 elderly and vulnerable community members during the lean months of July and August.

3. Draft Animals: oxen and donkeys with carts for families — plowing fields, transporting essentials, and doubling as local ambulances.

4. Micro-Finance for Women: micro-loans for women entrepreneurs — from brewing bill-bill (traditional beer) to trading cooking condiments — driving household income and female financial independence.
